摘要
核素肺灌注／通气显像是核医学常用显像方法之一，其包括肺灌注显像、双下肢深静脉显像、肺通气显像三个部分，已广泛应用于临床肺栓塞疾病的诊断及其疗效评价。随着该显像技术的日趋完善，其在肺部其他疾病中的作用也逐渐引起人们的重视。现就其在肺部疾病中的临床应用作一综述。
The lung ventilation/perfusion imaging is a common method in nuclear medicine,including lung perfusion imaging, deep vein in double lower extremities imaging, and lung ventilation imaging. It is widely applied in the evaluation of the therapeutic effect and diagnosis of pulmonary embolism. With the development of imaging technique, it also plays an important role in other lung diseases. This article reviews the clinical application of lung ventilation/perfusion imaging in lung disease.
