摘要
采用三种配方制作内绝热层,通过正交试验研究、内绝热层制作研究及水压暴破试验等成功研制出一种新型的纤维缠绕壳体内绝热层。这种三配方纤维缠绕壳体内绝热层与一种配方的纤维缠绕壳体内绝热层相比,内绝热层质量减轻,成本降低,且提高了整体火箭发动机质量比和可靠性。
A new type of inner heat-insulating layer for filament-wound case, which is made up of three formulas, is developed through orthogonal test, inner heat-insulating layer making and hydraulic blasting test. Compared with the inner heat-insulating layer with one formula, it reduces the quality of inner heat-insulating layer and the cost, while improves mass ratio and the reliability of the rocket engine.
