基底节区生殖细胞瘤的MRI影像诊断

摘要 颅内生殖细胞瘤约占颅内肿瘤的1％。好发于儿童及青少年患者，是松果体区最常见的肿瘤。发生于基底节区的生殖细胞瘤较少见，约占颅内生殖细胞瘤的10％。由于基底节区的生殖细胞瘤手术切除并发症多，效果差，而对放疗及化疗均敏感，故术前诊断尤其重要。本院总结2000年9月至2008年5月经病理证实的基底节区生殖细胞瘤9例．
