36例重型颅脑损伤术后大面积脑梗塞的临床分析 被引量：4

摘要 重型颅脑损伤可并发多种继发脑损害．术后若并发大面积脑梗塞，则增加了患者的死亡率和致残率。本文就2000年6月至2007年3月收治的36例重型颅脑损伤术后发生大面积脑梗塞的诊治经验．报告如下。
