摘要
目的了解上海市初中和高中学生抑郁症状的现状及其与生活事件的关系。方法采取横断面调查,使用流调用抑郁自评量表和简易生活事件量表对1818名中学生进行了抑郁症状调查及其与生活事件的关系。结果中学生有肯定抑郁症状的检出率为18.6%,其中男生为22.66%,女生为14.78%,男生高于女生(χ2=24.52,P<0.01);初一年级学生抑郁症状的检出率为15.89%、初二15.48%、初三17.26%、高一14.33%、高二24.70%、高三25.67%,高二和高三抑郁症状发生率显著高于初中和高一学生(χ2=33.40,P<0.01)。负性生活事件的总分与抑郁症状的总分呈正相关;出现频率最高的生活事件是明显的学习压力或考试失败,对学生影响程度也最高,其次是受到批评。结论中学生中抑郁症状是常见的,负性生活事件与抑郁症状有相关性。
Objective： To survey the prevalence of depressive symptoms in middle school students in Shanghai and to study the relationship between negative life events and depressive symptoms. Methods： A cress - sectional survey was carried out with the center for epidemiological survey,depression scale （ CES - D） and life events scale in two junior high schools and two senior high schools in two districts of Shanghai. Results：The data was collected from 1 818 students. The rate of having definite depressive symptoms was 18.6%, which was higher in boys than that was in girls （22.66% vs. 14.78%, Χ^2 = 24.52,P 〈 0.01 ）. The rates of having definite depressive symptoms in the first, second and third grade of junior middle school students were 15.89%, 15.48% and 17.26% , respectively. The rates of having definite depressive symptoms in the first, second and third grade of senior high school students were 14.33%, 24.70% and 25.67% ,respectively. The rate of having depressive symtoms in senior high school students was significantly higher than that of students in junior middle school （Χ^2 = 33.40 ,P 〈 0.01 ）. The scores of negative life events were positively correlated with the total score of depressive symptoms. The pressure of study or failure in exam was the most common life events for the students, and impacted these students most. The second highest frequent event was criticism. Conclusion：The depressive symptoms are common in middle school students, and the negative life events are correlated with the depressive symptoms.
