摘要
伴随着中国城市化进程的加快,城市交通问题日益严重。事实证明,传统的以扩大交通供给来缓解交通供需矛盾的规划方法,并不能从根本上解决交通问题,且与可持续发展的思想也是背道而驰的。为实现城市交通的可持续发展,从根本上缓解城市交通拥堵状况,从交通需求的定义入手,从控制交通需求总量以及实现高效率的交通需求分担两个层面出发,提出了建立组群式多中心城市布局形态以及构建合理的城市交通出行成本模式的全新发展思路。
With the acceleration of our country's urbanization, the urban transportation problems become more and more serious. It has proved that the solution by enlarging transportation supply can't solve the transportation problem radically, and it is opposite to the thoughts of sustainable development. The thesis proceeds from the definition of transport demand, starts from the two aspects of controlling the quantity of transportation demand and partaking transportation demand effectively, puts forward the new idea of constructing group model & multi-center urban arrangement pattern and reasonable urban transportation cost pattern, and at last accomplishes the sustainable urban transportation development.
