不同松林根际促生菌的数量研究 被引量:9

摘要 采用平板稀释法对广西南宁市郊区的湿地松、加勒比松、人工马尾松和飞播马尾松四种松林的根际促生菌进行计数分析,研究不同松林间根际固氮菌、解有机磷菌、解无机磷菌和解钾菌的数量分布。结果表明:(1)不同松林的根际促生菌总量差异明显,加勒比松林最多,人工马尾松林最少,其他两种松林相差不大;(2)各类根际促生菌数量在不同松林中都有明显的差异;(3)不同松林的促生菌数量都以固氮菌最多,解钾菌次之,解无机磷菌最少;(4)四种松林中,不同松林两两间根际促生菌的综合效应差异均达到显著水平;(5)主成分分析显示不同松林林地土壤肥力的排序是:飞播马尾松>湿地松>加勒比松>人工马尾松。 To study the distribution and population of Azotobacter, inorganic phosphate-solubilizing bacteria, organic phosphate-solubilizing bacteria, silicate bacteria in rhizosphere of different pine forests, growth-promoting rhizobaeteria (GPR) were isolated from rhizosphere of Pinus elliottii by aerial seeding, P. cadbaea, artificial P. massoniana and P. massoniana in Nanning, Guangxi, and their populations were analyzed by plate dilution cultivation method. The results indicated that, the total population of GPR in different pine forests had obvious difference, that of P. caribaea was the highest and that of artificial P. massoniana was the lowest, but it had little difference in the others. There existed noticeable difference in populations of different GPR in different pine forests, and the population of azotobaeter was the most, followed by silicate bacteria, while inorganic phosphate solubilizing bacteria was the least. Moreover, the integrated effect of GPR between every two pine forests showed significant difference. By the principal component analysis, the ranking of soil fertility for different pine forests was P. massoniana by aerial seeding 〉 P. elliottii 〉 P. caribaea 〉 artificial P. massoniana.
