摘要
将以封端异氰酸酯制备的聚氨酯对纳米二氧化钛进行改性,得到分散性较好的纳米二氧化钛整理液,并对棉织物进行整理。改性纳米二氧化钛整理液较佳制备工艺为:在温度60℃条件下向聚乙二醇中缓慢加入MDI和催化剂,80℃预聚2.5 h,95℃加入纳米二氧化钛反应2 h,再进行封端反应80 min。较佳整理工艺为:改性纳米二氧化钛3 g/L,浸渍40 min,焙烘温度150℃,焙烘时间3 min。整理后的棉织物具有较强且持久的紫外屏蔽效果,UPF指数为67.6,可耐洗50次以上。
Nano-TiO2 modified by polyurethane with well dispersibility was used to treat cotton fabrics. The optimum preparation process was. MDI and catalyst were added slowly into PEG solution at 60 ℃ and prepolymerized at 80 ℃ for 2.5 h, then added nano-TiO2 and held at 95 ℃ for 2 h, followed by polyurethane blocking for 80 min. The optimum finishing process condition was: nano-TiO2 3 g/L,dipping 40 minutes, baking at 150 ℃ for 3 minutes. The finished cotton fabrics exhibited substantial UV shielding property with UPF 67.6 and good washing fastness even after 50 launderings.
