摘要
在推进城乡基本公共服务均等化的进程中,不论是传统图书馆还是数字图书馆,服务都是其不变的宗旨和永恒的主题;笔者以为,公共图书馆推进城乡基本公共服务均等化,实施知识管理的最终目的,是以创新的服务满足读者的需求。其有效途径是:高效整合图书馆服务链;研究公共图书馆读者市场;对读者需求作出快速反应。
In the process to improve the city and countryside to ensure equal access to basic public services,their service is the same purposes and the eternal theme,whether the traditional library or digital library. To ensure equal access to basic public services between the city and countryside of the public library and the ultimate goal of library implementation of knowledge management are innovative services to meet the needs of readers. The author suggests that the effective way of the library innovation services depends on highperformance integrated library service chain and study of public library market and respond rapidly to the needs of readers.
