摘要
本文对我国长期沿用的5CrMnMo 热作模具钢进行了稀土合金化,分析了不同稀土含量对5CrMnMo 钢中的夹杂物的形状和数量、奥氏体晶粒度及力学性能的影响。并在此基础上着重研究了稀土对5CrMnMo 钢抗热疲劳性能的影响,实验结果表明:稀土能显著提高5CrMnMo钢的热疲劳抗力,且当钢中稀土残留量为0.05%时,效果最佳,而超过此含量后,由于稀土夹杂物增多而使性能下降。
In this paper,rare earth element as-alloying elements are added to steel
5CrMnMo,which is traditionally used as hot working die steel in our
country.The effects of various rare earth contents on the shape and amount
of inclusions,the grain size of austenite and the mechanical properties arein
vestigated and the main work is the effect of rare earth element on the ther-
mal fatigue resistance of the steel.The results show that rare earth element
improves the thermal fatigue resistance of steel 5CrMnMo significantly.When
the retained content of rare earth in the steel is 0.050 percent,the best pro-
perties are obtained,and when the content exceeds this amount,the proper-
ties decrease due to the increase of the rare earth inclusions.
