摘要
通过对45 t转炉"低铁耗、高冷料比"冶炼工艺的探讨,在操作中遵循"早化渣、低碱度、高MgO"的炉渣控制技术以及"前期快速升温、过程升温平稳"的温度控制原则,完成了"低温冶炼工程"攻关,解决了操作过程喷溅和终点生铁块未熔化的难题,保证了转炉操作的稳定顺行,在高炉铁水供应不足的情况下提高了钢产量。
The article discussed the smelting process of low iron consuming, high cold smelting charge in 45t converter. According to slag control technology of early slag, low Alkalinity, high MgO and temperature control principle of quickly heating up in the earlier, steadily heating up in the process, it completed "low temperature smelting project", solved the problem of splashing in the process and molten pig iron can't be smelt. It assured smooth and steady converter operation, and improued the steel output at the condition of inadequate supply of hot meat.
