低温非水解溶胶-凝胶法制备钛酸铝

摘要 应用TG、DTA、XRD和Fl一IR和TEM等测试手段研究了凝胶热处理过程中的相变化以及非水解溶胶-凝胶的反应过程和生成粉末的微观结构。结果表明:无水乙醇作氧供体制备的凝胶可在750℃直接合成钛酸铝,比固相法合成大大降低了温度。随着热处理温度的升高,钛酸铝粒子的尺寸逐渐变大,形貌也更加完整。 Application of TG,DTA, XRD and FI--IR and TEM testing means, study of the phase change of gel in the process Of heat treatment as well as the microstructure of powder of non--hydrolytic sol--gel process. The results showed that: ethanol oxygen supply system for the preparation of the gel can be direct synthesized aluminum ritanate at 750 ℃ . The temperature is greatly reduced compared to . solid-- phase synthesis. With the heat treatment temperature increasing. aluminum titanate particles gRadually become larger in size, morphology is also more complete.
