摘要
本试验是在L45中碳结构钢中加入微量钛和钒,形成细小的析出相,以提高其强度;同时钛和钒也影响奥氏体晶粒长大倾向和粗化温度。本文的研究目的在于,通过定量分析析出相的尺寸及化学成分。了解有效地阻止奥氏体晶粒长大的析出相的类型及尺寸,并探讨微细析出相对奥氏体晶粒长大倾向和粗化温度的影响规律。
Steel L45 is a medium carbon structural steel used specially formaking rollers which are the key parts in a spinning and weaving machine.In order to form fine precipitated phases to increase the strength of the steel,trace Ti and V were added to the medium carbon structural steel.At the sametime,titanium and vanadium can effect the growth tendency and the coarsingtemperature of the austenite grain.The purpose of this paper is to find out thetype,size and chemical composition of the precipitated phases,which can in-hibit the grain growth of austenite and to make clear the regularity of theinfluences of the fine precipitated phases on the growing tendency and coars-ing temperature of the austenite grain.
