摘要
从民机电传飞控系统飞行品质设计要求出发,通过对MIL-F-8785C飞行品质规范、MIL-F-9490D系统规范、C*准则和尼尔-史密斯准则等通用标准中有关飞行品质设计指标要求的分析比较,针对采用主动控制技术民用飞机的特点,论述了有关设计要求在改善飞机飞行品质、放宽静稳定性及边界控制技术应用中存在的问题。同时还分析了电传飞控系统特性(如时间延迟等)对飞机飞行品质的影响。最后提出了民机电传飞控系统飞行品质要求初步设计阶段的几点参考意见。
To study the design requirement of flying qualities for FBW system of civil aircraft, this paper discusses some questions about using design requirement, such as the improvement of aircraft flying qualities, relaxed static stability and control boundary technology, by analysis and compare with MILF8785C and C criterion and NealSmith criterion. Besides, this paper also analyses the effects of FBW system on flying qualities, meanwhile gives some suggestions for flying qualities of FBW system of civil aircraft in preliminary design phase, in the absence of design requirement of flying qualities of civil aircraft which correspond with international criterion and satisfy internal needs.
