摘要
以乙二胺为核,与丙烯酸甲酯进行Michael加成反应得到了HG.PAMAM(半代树状聚酰胺—胺)。通过单因素实验筛选出合成HG.PAMAM的最佳反应条件:反应时间为24 h,投料n(乙二胺):n(丙烯酸甲酯)为1∶6,反应温度为30℃。采用红外光谱和核磁共振波谱对所合成的HG.PAMAM的结构进行了表征。
The half generation of polyamidoamine dendrime was synthesized via Michael-additive action of alkylene diamine and methyl acrylate. By the method of one-factor experimental design, some correlative factors influenced the half generation of polyamidoamine dendrime were investigated, the appropriate action conditions were optimized as follows : reaction time 24 h; molar freed ratio n(Polyamidoamine Dendrime) : n(methyl acrylate) = 1: 6;reaction temperature 30 ℃. The polymer was characterized by IR, ^1H and ^13C NMR.
