摘要
利用一种新的全无氯漂白工艺对蔗渣硫酸盐浆进行了漂白。该工艺首先利用一种木素脱除剂（ＬＲ）对纸浆进行预处理，ＬＲ可以显著降低纸浆的卡伯价，又可较好地提高纸浆的白度。１％ＬＲ对蔗渣浆进行预处理，可以脱除５４１％的残余木素，纸浆白度由４５３％ＩＳＯ提高到５９１％ＩＳＯ。１％ＬＲ预处理后的浆料，经２％Ｈ２Ｏ２漂白就可获得８１０％ＩＳＯ的白度。对ＬＲＰ漂白浆强度的研究表明，其裂断长和撕裂指数均优于Ｈ２Ｏ２三段漂纸浆。
A new totally-chlorine-free bleaching prcess of bagasse kraft pulp is proposed in the paper.A lignin removal agent(LR),a kind of inorganic oxidant was used to pretreat the pulp at first.Addition of 1% LR agent could decrease the kappa number by 54.1%,and the pulp brightness was increased from 45.3% ISO to 59.1%ISO.The totally-chlorine-free pulp with a brightness of 81.0% ISO was obtained through a 1%LR-2%H2O2 bleaching sequence,and this bleached pulp was found to be better than the three-stage peroxide bleached pulp in the physical properties,such as breaking length and tear index.
