摘要
研究了铁基粉末冶金件的离子渗氮工艺。铁基粉末冶金件经离子渗氮后,可提高其硬度和耐磨性。加入适量的合金元素Cr、Mo、cu,可提高铁基粉末件的性能。用正交试验法发现,铁基粉末的最佳成分为Fe-1C-7Cr-0.9Mo-2Cu。
A study of ion nitriding on Fe-based powder metallurgy parts
(PMP)showed that the hardness and wear resistance of the of the PMP can
be increased by ion nitriding.The properties of the PMP may be improved
by adding certain amount of alloying elements such as Cr,Mo,Cu etc..The
optimum composition,Fe-1 C-7Cr-0.9Mo-2Cu,is found by means of the
orthogonal test.
