摘要
本研究表明,在渗剂中加入稀土元素可使渗铬层厚度增加80~120%。渗层中含镧量为0.175(wt)%,含铈量为0.081(wt)%。加入稀土可改善渗层组织,与单一渗铬相比,稀土铬共渗后,可明显地提高渗层的韧性和耐蚀性,脆断前吸收的功增大了二倍。
The RE-chromizing processes and the properties of its layerwere studied.Due to the addition of RE into the agen,the depth of chromizinglayer is increased about 80~120%.In the diffusion layer,the content ofLanthanum(La)is 0.175%(wt),and cerium(Ce)is 0.081%(wt).The additionof RE improves the structure of chromized layer.Comparing between the REadding or without,the anti-corrosion nature and toughness of chromizing layeris increased remarkable.Thus it has three times of absorbed energy beforebrittle fracture.
