摘要
目的探讨高龄血液病患者实施CIK细胞治疗的护理保障方法，以保证治疗过程的顺利实施。方法回顾性总结12例高龄血液病患者行CIK细胞治疗的护理方法。结果1例患者发生体温升高至37．6℃，其他11例患者无任何不良反应。结论高龄血液病患者在密切观察生命体征及全面的护理下，实施CIK治疗是安全、可行的。
Objective To discuss the nursing method of of elderly hematonosis patients received Cytokine induced killers therapy in order to guarantee the successful therapy. Methods The information of elder patients received therapy of Cytokine induced killers were retrospectively analyzed. Results One case had fever with temperature of 37.6℃, and another 11 cases hadn＇ t any side reactions. Conclusions It is safe for elderly hematonosis patients to undertake Cytokine induced killers therapy with careful vital sign monitoring.
