The Phase Structure and Dispersion State of PS/PP Polyblend

摘要 本文应用光学显微镜法和扫描电子显微镜法,对聚苯乙烯/等规聚丙烯(简称PS/PP)共混物的共混条件和相结构的关系进行了研究。并且应用统计方法研究了分散粒子的分布。寻求共混工艺与共混聚合物相结构及分散状态的内在联系,其目的为制备具有稳定相结构、性能优越的非相容性PS/PP共混纤维提供理论依据。 in this article, the relation between phase structure and blending conditions of polystyrene/isotactic polypropylene (PS/PP)polyblend are investigated with optical microscopy and electron scanning microscopy. The distribution of dispersing particles is studied with statistical method. The author aims to find the intrinsic relationship of phase structure and dispersion state of polyblend with its blending technology in order to provide a theoretical basis for the manufacture of PS/PP polyblend fibre with stablized phase structure and excellent incompatibility.
