Experimental study on the shear behavior of the stressed skin diaphragm

摘要 通过对压型钢板采用自攻螺钉连接的受力蒙皮进行剪切性能的试验,探讨了这类蒙皮的破坏模式和抗剪极限承载力,研究了板型、连接件布置和檩条间距等因素对蒙皮抗剪性能的影响,介绍了《欧洲蒙皮设计建议》(简称EUR)中此类蒙皮的抗剪强度和抗剪刚度的简化计算公式。研究表明,按照常规施工做法的此类压型钢板,可以考虑一定蒙皮效应;试验结果与计算值的比较分析表明,EUR简化计算公式可以较合理地评估蒙皮板的剪切性能,计算结果偏于安全,可用于我国的实际工程的蒙皮设计。 Test program on the shear behavior of stressed skin diaphragm using profiled sheet connected by the self-tapping screws has been carried out. The effect on the shear behavior of shin diaphragm such as sheeting section, arrangement of fasteners and purlines is studied by analyzing the failure modes and shear captivities of the panel. The simplified design formulas are recommended, which are prescribed by the European Recommendations for the Application of Metal Sheeting Acting as a Diaphragm (EUR). It is proved that the diaphragm effect of the profiled sheet made by the current construction is good and can be considered. The test data are compared with the results acquired by the EUR formulas. The results show that the EUR formulas are relatively safe for calculating the shear behavior of this kind of diaphragm and can be used for the design of cold-formed steel diaphragm in our country.
