摘要
提出了长沙市二次供水集散监控系统的设计原则,并根据这些原则设计了监控系统。对系统的总体结构进行了阐述,提出了分散控制子站、计算机控制中心集中监控的系统构建方案,并制定了系统的安全性措施。
Some principles were put forward about the monitoring system of the secondary water supply distribution, and a practical monitoring system was designed according to these principles. In this paper,the whole structure of this system was expatiated,the decentralized controlling sub-station and the construction plan of the centralized computer monitoring center were put forward, and the system security measures were established.
