掺磷尾矿海淤烧结多孔砖实验研究

摘要 对连云港磷尾矿的化学成分、矿物成分和颗粒级配进行系统的研究。结果表明:连云港磷尾矿在化学组成上属于低硅、铝,高钙组分的工业废渣;主要矿物为白云石、方解石,其次为石英及白云母;颗粒级配为连续级配,属于细砂粒级。将其掺入到海淤中,能够烧制成技术性能符合国标要求的多孔砖。 Chemical composition, mineralogical component, particle size distribution of phorshor tailing in Lianyungang have been studied. Results show that phorshor tailing is the industry waste with low content of SiO2, Al2O3 and high content of CaO in chemical composition. Its mineralogical components include much dolomite and calcite, less quartz and muscovite. Its partical distribution exhibts the well-graded property and its grain size is like that of fine sand. Porous brick has been made by calcining the admixture of phorshor tailing and ooze and its property meets the require of GB13544-2000.
