摘要
主要介绍了使用逸气分析-气相色谱技术(EGA-GC)对电机绝缘结构进行耐温等级及寿命评定的方法,这种方法试验温度低,试验时间短,费用少,满足了绝缘材料工业快速发展和新系列电机的设计要求,为发电设备的质量及可靠性提供了技术保证。
A new accelerated method is introduced to determine the thermal index and the life of a new insulation material or structure by means of Evolved Gas Analysis-chromate-graph(EGA-GA).It needs low test temperature, short test period and low cost. And can meet the demand of the rapid development of insulation material industry and the design of new electrical machine series. It also provides quality ensurance and reliability for power equipment.
