压电陶瓷柱体中裂纹前缘场分析 被引量:2

An Investigation to Fields near Crack Border in a Piezo-ceramics Cylinder

摘要 为了揭示含裂纹的压电陶瓷介质在机械载荷作用下裂纹前缘的力学和电学的奇异行为,以一承受扭矩的压电陶瓷柱体为例,求得了其中所含的圆币形裂纹前缘的应力场和电位移场。所得结果表明,机械载荷下的压电陶瓷介质中裂纹前线不仅存在高度的应力集中,同时存在着电荷奇异增强现象。最后对以上结果作了简单的讨论。 To reveal the singular behaviors in mechanics and electricity near the crack border in piezo-ceramics mediun under mechanical loadings, a piezo-ceramics cylinder subjected to a couple of torsionalmoments is considered in this paper, and the stress and electric displacement fields near the penny-shapedcrack border in the cylinder are obtained. The results show that not only arises the stress cocentration butthe singular charge intensification exists also near the crack border under mechanical loadings. A brief dis-cussion on the results is made finally.
