摘要
以某加农炮和某榴弹炮的时间引信典型构件为例,建立了其三维实体模型,采用有限元分析(FEA)方法进行数值计算和数值模拟,对引信构件在不同火炮发射条件下的动态特性加以分析比较,给出了其位移响应和动态应力响应计算结果,能找出其薄弱环节和最危险的发射工况,从而为提高引信的安全性提供依据.
This paper takes the typical component of a time fuze of 122mm and 130mm howitzer and cannon as an example, and gives its 3D model. By using Finite Element Analysis method, the numerical simulation and emulation of dynamic characteristics of fuze typical component are performed, and compares the dynamic characteristics of fuze component under different conditions of firing, obtains the displacement and stress response. The purpose is to find the weakest link and the most dangerous firing condition, and provide basis for improving the fuze safety.
