摘要
随着人们法治意识的不断增强,高校图书馆读者保护自己合法权益的意识也在不断提高,人们对图书馆侵犯读者权现象反映强烈。在图书馆规则中构建读者权救济制度,对化解图书馆与读者的矛盾,规范图书馆及其工作人员的行为,切实保障读者权利,建立和保持图书馆与读者和谐关系具有积极意义。
With people constantly reinforcing the consciousness of the legislation, the reader＇s consciousness to protect the oneself legitimate rights is also improving in the universities library. Library violations of reader＇s right were reflected strongly. Construction of the library rules of reader relief system is positive significance to resolve the contradictions and readers and library, standardize the library and its staff＇s behavior, earnestly safeguard the reader right, and establish and maintain harmonious relations between readers and library.
