摘要
目前,连杆一般均采用母材锻造再机加工的方式制造及批量生产,此加工工艺存在诸多问题。本设计在传统连杆锻模的设计思路的基础上,本着节约成本、提高零件质量为前提,对6105QA连杆锻模的尺寸精度进行了进一步的优化设计,从而使锻模以及连杆的质量得到进一步提高。
At present, the connecting rod uses the parent metal forging machining the way to carry on connecting rod's manufacture and the volume production again generally. This processing craft existence many questions. Because the forging die occupies the main body position in connecting rod's production process, is playing the very important role. Its design and production quality, immediate influence to connecting rod performance fit and unfit quality. This design in the traditional connecting rod forging die's design mental ity's foundation, in line with saves the cost, to improve the components quality is a premise, has carried on the further optimization design to the 6105QA connecting rod forging die's size precision, thus causes the forging die as well as connecting rod's quality has further enhancement.
