摘要
根据教育装备建设项目的特点,通过对项目可行性论证、项目审批、项目实施和项目后评估等阶段实行项目化管理,从项目目标、教育装备教学、教育装备管理和可持续发展等方面研究教育装备建设项目后评估的内容。从教育装备项目目标、使用教育装备教学状况、教育装备管理和教育装备持续发展4个方面构建百分制的教育装备效益评价指标体系,为加强中小学教育装备建设与管理进行有益的尝试。
According to the characteristics of the education equipment construction project, the paper studies the post project appraisal from the perspectives of the project objective, the education equipment teaching, the education equipment management and its sustainable development, through the project management in the whole process of the project feasibility study, project approval, project implementation and post project appraisal. The author tentatively establishes a centesimal benefit appraisal system of the education equipment from the following four aspects: the education equipment project objective, the education equipment teaching situation, the education equipment management and the sustainable development of education equipment. This is reckoned as a useful attempt for strengthening the construction and management of the education equipment for the primary and middle schools.
