摘要 颈动脉狭窄是缺血性卒中的重要危险因素。多年来，围绕如何治疗颈动脉狭窄，进而有效实现卒中预防的问题，一直存在争论。文章对此进行了分析。 Carotid stenosis is an important risk factor for ischemic stroke. For many years, there have been controversies surrounding how to treat carotid artery stenosis, and then effectively realize stroke prevention. This article analyzes them.
