摘要
为探讨露点间接蒸发冷却技术在纺织厂的应用,在浙江绍兴某纺织厂进行了应用实践,通过测试和计算分析得出:露点间接蒸发冷却段(预冷段)可以降温6~8℃,维持室内相对湿度70%~85%;采用全新风可以改善车间空气质量;使用复合式空调机组比纯机械制冷空调机组节能14%左右。
To discuss dew point indirect evaporative cool technique in textile mill,its application in Shaoxing of Zhejiang province was carried out. Through test and calculating, it was analysed that dew point indirect evaporative cool technique(beforehand cool segment)could lower temperature 6- 8 ℃ and maintain room relative humidity between 70%-85%. Complete fresh air could improve workshop air quality,the use of complex air-conditioning could save energy 14%comparing to simple mechanism refrigeration air conditioning.
