奥曲肽治疗非静脉曲张性上消化道大出血疗效观察

摘要 目的:观察奥曲肽联合泮托拉唑对非静脉曲张性上消化道出血的疗效。方法:将60例非静脉曲张性上消化道出血患者分成对照组(30例)和观察组(30例),两组均给予泮托拉唑静脉注射,对照组加用止血药物(立止血静脉注射、止血定、止血芳酸静脉滴注),观察组加用奥曲肽0.1 mg静脉注射,两组持续用药72h后,观察两组止血效果。结果:观察组和对照组12h止血显效率分别为90.4%和71.7%,24h小时止血显效率分别为94.2%和78.3%,48h小时止血显效率分别为98.1%和93.5%。两组比较差异有显著性P<0.01。结论:奥曲肽合联合泮托拉唑治疗非静脉曲张性上消化道大出血的疗效明显优于泮托拉唑组,其疗效肯定。
