摘要
目的:探讨静脉留置针输液在儿科的应用及护理对策。方法:回顾性调查方法,提取医院2006～2008年间儿科应用静脉置管251例,调查影响置管的相关因素。结果:251例应用留置针输液患儿,堵管、继发感染、滑脱、自行拔管方面与年龄有关;置管时间与继发感染发生率成正相关。结论:静脉留置针输液应注意套管固定、防止滑脱,预防机会感染,置管期间做好并发症的预防及护理。应用静脉留置针输液,减轻了患儿痛苦与护士工作量。
Objective ：To discuss the application of intravenous transfusion via indwelling needle in pediatrics and its nursing measures. Methods：251 children patients with intravenous transfusion via indwelling needle in pediatrics from 2006 to 2008 were retrospeetively analyzed ,the factors affecting intravenous indwelling needle were investigated. Results ：In 251 cases of intravenous transfusion via indwelling needle, catheter bloekage, secondary infection, needle slippage and self withdrawing catheter were related to the age of children patients. The time of indwelling catheter had positive correlation with the incidence of seeondary infection. Conclusion：In intravenous transfusion via indwelling needle, attention should be paid to fixing catheter,preventing catheter shpping and opportunistie infeetion. During indwelling catheter,nursing care and complications prevention should be done well. Transfusion by intravenous indwelling needle can relieve the ehildren patients＇ sufferings and reduce the workload of nurses.
