摘要
目的:探讨恶性肿瘤患者大剂量化疗联合自体骨髓移植(ABMT)后并发症的观察及护理。方法:对21例恶性肿瘤患者进行大剂量化疗联合ABMT给予全程保护性无菌护理。结果:21例患者经层流室加全方位无菌护理,均安全度过骨髓抑制阶段,无感染病例,15例于移植后持续完全缓解,6例在移植后1年内复发。结论:采用层流室加全方位无菌护理的方法,可有效预防细胞极期感染的发生,为自体骨髓移植的成功起到了重要作用。
Objective：To discuss the observation and nursing care of comphcations after high-dose chemotherapy combined with autologous bone marrow transplant. Methods：21 cases of malignant tumors with high-dose chemotherapy combined autologous bone marrow transplant received the whole course sterile protective nursing care. Results：21 patients in the laminar flow ward with all-round sterile nursing care,safely pulled through the stage of bone marrow suppression. No cases of infection occurred,15 cases had continuous complete remission after transplantation,6 patients relapsed in one year after transplant. Conclusion：The laminar flow room plus all-round sterile nursing care can be extremely effective to prevent the occurrence of infection period,and play an important role in success of autologous bone marrow transplantation.
