摘要
目的:探讨Stryker988i腹腔镜在胆囊切除术中的使用特点和维护方法。方法:回顾性分析175例使用Stryker988i腹腔镜进行胆囊切除术的病史资料。结果:175例患者中转率为6.3%,手术并发症1.1%,手术成功率93.7%。并具有术中出血少,术后恢复快、住院时间短等有点。结论:Stryker腹腔镜具有其独特的操作特点,加之完善的管理制度,使LC的手术成功率高,并发症率低。腹腔镜手术损伤小,疼痛轻,恢复快,现已被广大患者所接受。
Objective：To explore the application features and maintenance of Stryker988i laparoscope in cholecysteetomy. Methods：To retrospectively analyze the medical history data of 175 cases in eholecysteotomy by Stryker988i laparoseope. Results ：In all cases ,conversive rate was 6.3%,operative complications occurrence was 1.1% and successful rate of surgery was 93.7%. Meanwhile,this apparatus had advantages of less bleeding during operation,quick recovery after operation and short hospital stay. Conclusion：Stryker988i laparoscope can promote successful rate of cholecysteetomy and decrease complications oceurrence because of its special operative eharacteristics.
