甲基磺酸甲酯和环磷酰胺抑制小鼠精子的受精能力

摘要 本文应用小鼠卵子体外受精的方法,研究了诱变剂甲基磺酸甲酯和环磷酰胺对小鼠精子受精能力的影响.结果显示,以上两种诱变剂能明显抑制小鼠精子的受精能力,与对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.01),同时受精后的胚胎发育延缓,但对精子的活力和密度无明显影响. The aim of the study is to evaluate the effects of mutagens MMS and CY on fertilizing ability of mouse sperm in vitro. The results showed that compared to controls, the fertilizing ability of sperm in mouse treated with MMS or CY was remarkably inhibited (P<0. 01). It was also observed that the embryonic development was delayed in the treatment group, but no significant changes in spermatozoa concentraction and activity were found.
