LiFePO_4的制备及其电化学性能

摘要 本文采用溶胶-凝胶法,以柠檬酸、EDTA和草酸为络合剂制备了LiFePO4,经XRD表征证明所得产品为橄榄石型磷酸铁锂。以放电曲线、循环寿命和电化学阻抗谱研究了LiFePO4的电化学性能,发现以柠檬酸为络合剂制备的LiFePO4的电化学性能最好。 In this article,LiFePO4 was synthesized via a sol-gel method with citric acid, EDTA and oxalic acid chelator, respectively, the olivine structure lithium iron phosphate has been characterized by X-ray diffraction, and electrochemical properties were studied by discharge curves, cycle life and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. It was found that the electrochemical properties of LiFePO4 synthesized by citric acid chelator is the best among all the synthesized material.
