摘要
建立了轧制变形区接触弧精确方程并由二次方程求根公式将其化为显函数。然后用积分中值定理导出(ˉε)的精确公式。表明轧制时硬化参数(ˉε)是出口冷变形程度εh,辘半径 R,退火时厚度 H_0与道次绝对压下量Δh 的函数。文中对当前使用的几个近似公式予以评价。
In this paper,an accurate equation to the arc of contact in rolling is established and transformed into explicit function by using the root of quad- ratic equation.From the equation an accurate formula of (ˉε) has been deeuced by applying mean value theorem.It has been shown that the hardening para- meter (ˉε) is a function of total relative reduction on exit side ε_h(corresponding to annealing condition),roll cadins R,annealing thickness H_0 and pass reduction Δh.Some comments on prevailing approximate formulas are pres- ented in the paper.
