摘要
通过对双相不锈钢在300℃~550℃内长期时效后的力学性能、断口形貌和微观组织的研究,确切地描述了双相不锈钢在475℃左右时效所呈现出的脆性断裂的表象规律,揭示了脆性断裂的机理,为防止和消除该类脆性断裂的发生提供了科学依据。
Mechanical properties and appearances of fracture and microstructure of duplex stainless steels after prolonged aging at 300℃—500℃ have been investigated.This study properly presents rules of characteristic henomenon of brittle fracture of duplex stainless steels aged at about 475℃ and discovers the mechanism of the brittle fracture.The scientific basis has been provided for preventing and eliminating the brittie fracture.
