摘要 SPF实验动物房的压差20Pa^50Pa应具体的理解为清洁走廊、饲养间或实验观察室、污染走廊它们之间的压力梯度是依次降低的关系,压差至少20Pa。污染走廊后边的缓冲间压力比外间要高10Pa。采用变频送风机随时拟补各级过滤器的阻力变化,保持房间的送风量同时稳定房间的压差。动物房新风量很大,为节省能源采用了热回收装置收到了良好的效果。并通过表冷器加防冻液和蒸汽预热自动控制保证冬季的安全运行。采用自动控制时设有必要的手动阀门。 The positive pressure difference of SPF animal laboratory is about 20-50Pa which generally means every units included clean corridor, feeding room or experimental observation room, dirt corridor have to be maintained at least 20Pa with the degressive pressure gradient to guarantee the degree of cleanness. The pressure of buffer room behind dirt corridor is kept 10Pa higher than outside room. As the pressure resistance is varied during the normal air supplying, the frequency fan will be used to compensate the tolerance so as to keep the necessary air pressure. The heat recovery unit is utilized to save the energy due to the larger air demand of animal laboratory with the good performance. To keep the safety during the normal operation in winter the antifreeze is filled into the cool coil and preheater with steams heating will be automatically started up at low outside temperature. The manual valve is necessary in the control of automatic system.
