摘要
依据XPS分析和热重-差热分析结果,采用多元线性回归的分析方法建立了煤表面氧与滤饼水分最低值之间的相关关系.在不使用助滤剂的情况下,影响滤饼水分最低值的主要因素是煤表面的总含氧量,特别是COO氧的含量,C—O—C,C—O—H氧对滤饼水分最低值的影响很小;加入复合型助滤剂以后,氧含量对滤饼水分的影响全部消失,复合型助滤剂屏蔽了煤表面氧对滤饼水分的影响,因而取得了良好的助滤效果.
Based on the results of XPS analysis and thermo-gravimetric & differential thermal analysis, established the relationship between the oxygen on the coal surface and the minimum moisture content of filter cake employing muhivariate linear regression analysis. If no filtrate aid is used, the main factor influencing the moisture content of filtrate cake is the total oxygen content on the coal surface, especially the oxygen content in COO. The oxygen content in C--O--C, C--O--H has little effect on the moisture content of filtrate cake. When the complex filtrate aids were added, the influence of oxygen content on the moisture content of filtrate cake disappeared absolutely. In another word, the complex filtrate aid can shield the effect of oxygen content of the coal surface on the moisture content of filtrate cake. Therefore, they showed good effect of filtration aiding.:
