摘要
本文在国产氧化铝短纤维的基础上,研究了 Al_2O_3/ZL109合金复合材料的高温拉伸强度。研究结果表明,与基体合金相比,Al_2O_3/ZL109合金复合材料具有较好的高温拉伸强度,工作温度可提高100℃以上。另外,分析了 Al_2O_3/ZL109合金复合材料高温拉伸的失效形式。
The elevated temperature tensile strength of Al_2O_3/ZL109 alloy composites is investigated on the basis of china-made alumina short fiber.The results in- dicate that Al_2O_3/ZL109 alloy composites have better elevated temperature tensile strength than that of the matrix alloy,and the working temperature of the composites is above 100℃ higher than that of the matrix alloy.In addition,the failure forms of Al_2O_3/ZL109 alloy composites under elevated temperature tension are analyzed.
