摘要
北方地区蝴蝶兰无菌播种繁育实生苗关键技术有果荚采收时间、消毒方式方法、无菌播种技术以及借助温室大棚如何进行壮苗移栽管理等方面。蝴蝶兰适宜的萌发培养基为1/2 MS+NAA 1.0 mg.L-1+6-BA 0.2 mg.L-1+香蕉20 g.L-1+活性碳2 g.L-1+蔗糖20 g.L-1。
The key sterile seed-breeding seedlings technology of Phalaenopsis amabilis in the north conclude ：fruit harvest time, ways and means of disinfection, sterile seed technology, as well as seedling transplanting and management with greenhouse. Appropriate medium for P. arnabilis germination was 1/2 MS＋NAA 1.0g·L^-1＋6-BA 0.2 mg·L^-1＋ banana 20 g·L^-1＋ activated carbon 2g·L^-1 sucrose 20 g·L^-1.
