摘要
本文以矿用联接环的服役条件,受力及失效特点和材料选择的基本要求,研究了不同碳含量的低碳合金钢的热处理工艺与组织性能的关系,并在现有的生产设备条件下,采用上述钢制联接环进行了实物试验。结果表明:碳含量为0.21~0.27%的低碳合金钢,采用优化后的锻热工艺并低温回火,使联接环的产品质量稳定地达到国家煤炭部及国际标准草案要求的“C”级强度标准。
In this paper,the relation among heat treatment,microstructure and properties of low carbon alloy steel with dcfferent carbon content has been investigated according to the service condition,applied force characteristics and the basic requisition of material selection in mining shake type connector. Under the present condition of the productive equipment,the mining shake type connectors made of the above steels have been tested.The experiment results show that the quality of mlning shake connector msde of the low carbon steel containing 0.25—0.27wt% carbon,by means of optimum forge and low temperature tempering,can steadily reach the standard of grade C of MT71-83 and ISO/DIS 1082.
