摘要
毫微晶材料是近几年发展起来的一种新型材料,其界面原子的排列既不像晶态材料那样长程有序,又不像非晶态材料那样短程有序,可以看成是一种类似于气体的结构。从而,这种材料有着优于常规材料的性能。本文介绍了毫微晶材料的制备方法、结构特点、性能及发展方向。
Nanocryatalline material is a novel materiael developed in recent years,in which the volume fraction occupied by interfaces is about 50%,The arrange- ment of atoms in the interface area is neither long range order,nor short range order.It is regarded as a gas-like structure.This kind of material has some special properties,superior to ordinary materials.This paper reviews the preparation procedure of nanocrystalline materials and related problems.
