摘要
本文利用x射线分析法和大截面试样的逐次剥层法研究了冷轧辊在低温回火中残余应力与硬度的变化规律,以及淬硬层与试样尺寸对回火应力松弛的影响。找到了冷轧辊淬火后的合理回火工艺制度。
The rules of variation of residual stress and harelness of cold roller samples and the influence of harelening Layer after quenching and specimen size on the relexation of resiclual stress in the temper aging havebeen studied by means of X-ray stress analysis and pceling off the surface layers of a large specimen progressively.A rational technological rule of the temper aging after hardening for 9Cr2Mo steel eolel roller has been found.
