球墨铸铁和铝硅合金组织与机械性能关系比较——相似性与相异性

摘要 考察了混合基体球墨铸铁和铝硅合金组织与机械性的关系。球铁和铝硅合金基体共晶类组织与机械性能关系相似;球铁中球状石墨和铝硅合金初生硅对组织受力行为影响显著,使合金表现出一些相异的性能特征。基体塑性相的引入对两种合金机械性能有不同影响。如仅以组织与机械性能关系看,珠铁的组织特点更适于使合金获得高的机械性能。 Relations between mechanical properties and microstrutures of duplexmatrix ductile iron and Al-Si alloy are investigated.The two alloys have similar eutectiesimilar base microstruetures and mechanical properties.However,primary silicon of Al-Si alloy and nodule graphite of ductile iron have a considerable effect on the mechanical mechanisim of the structures,and there arpear some differences between the two alloys.Introduction of plastic phases into the microstrucures also affect the mechanical properites of the two alloys,though the affected mechanisms are different from each other.Therefore,it is suggested that the alloys which have similar miccostructures to those of ductile iron may be fit to obtain higher mechanical properties than the alloys whose microstruc- tures are similar to those of Al-Si alloy.
