摘要
通过对９０例鼻咽癌的远处转移分析，探讨影响及预后的因素。发现鼻咽癌的远处转移与原发灶（Ｔ）的范围、颈淋巴结有无转移及其大小密切相关。一旦发生远处转移。
The distant transfer in 90 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma was analysed. The factor which affected its distance transfer and prognosis is investigated as well.Results indicated that the distance transfer of nasopharygeal carcinoma is closly related to the range of primary focus, to the size and transfer or not of the lymphonodic cervicales. Once the distance transfer occurred, its prognose is benign.
