摘要
采用半连续乳液聚合方法制备木材工业用醋丙乳液胶粘剂。结果表明:共聚单体的选择、聚合时间、聚合温度、搅拌速度、乳化剂及引发剂用量对醋丙乳液胶粘剂的性能有较大影响 选择丙烯酸类单体参与共聚,聚合时间为4~5 h,聚合温度为80℃,搅拌速度为180~240 r/m in,乳化剂和引发剂用量分别为聚合单体总量的3.0%和0.5%,制备的醋丙乳液胶粘剂性能稳定、耐水性及粘接强度高。
The semi-continuous emulsion polymerization was adopted to prepare vinyl acetate-acrylate emulsion adhesive for wood industry. The results showed that the properties of the vinyl acetate-acrylate emulsion adhesive were greatly influenced by the selection of copolymerized monomers, polymerizing time, polymerizing temperature, agitating rate, the dosage of emulsifier and initiator. The better vinyl acetate-acrylate emulsion adhesive could be prepared with features of good stability, water resistance and high bonding strength by selecting acrylic acid series monomer for the copolymerization, 4 -5 h for polymerization duration under 80 ℃, 180 -240 r/min as agitating rate and 3.0% and 0. 5% of emulsifier and initiator respectively.
