摘要
本文研究了热处理理论对 Cr17Ni2钢组织和冲击韧性的影响,结果表明,将淬火温度提高至1050℃以上,可大大提高冲击韧性。晶界和相界上(Cr、Fe)_(23)C_6碳化物的溶解是冲击韧性增加的主要原因;此外,板条间残留奥氏体薄膜对冲击韧性提高也有贡献。冲击断口的结构可反映断裂特征的组织情况。考虑到室温力学性能,作者建议了合适的热处理工艺,生产中虚用效果良好。
This Paper deals with the effect of heat treatment on the microstructure and impact toughness of Cr17Ni2 steel.The experimental results show that impact toughness can be increased remarkably after raising quenching temperature over 1050℃.Solution of the carbide (Cr,Fe)_(23)C_6distributed on grain boundaries and phase boundaries is the main reason of increasing in impact toughness.The reta- ined austenite distributed in the martensitic lath also makes some contribution to increasing impact toughness.The relationship among fracture, mierostucturc and morphology of Cr17Ni2 steel has been revealed on the basis of these expe- rimental results.Considering these mechanical properties at ambient temperature, the author has suggested a appropriate heat treatment process which involves a good result.
